If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the issue
We’ll send a replacement immediately.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it once the carrier confirms non‑delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom items are final sale unless defective.
